Project Overview
We started the project with a proper review to understand what it lacks from both security and performance standpoints. The website was not updated in a long time, so the very first thing it needed was a cleanup. Along with that, updates to core files, plugins,and themes.
Our team started fixing existing issues, and migrated the website to Pressable hosting to enhance stability and performance. Once we were done with the initial work, we set up ongoing monthly maintenance to handle updates, monitoring, and basic regular improvements so that the website continues to work properly.
The Challenge
The main difficulty in this project was dealing with outdated theme files that had not been updated for a long time. Updating them directly caused multiple issues across the website.
